Uninstall software restart PC then delete old Octoplus Samsung folder then Download and install the latest version of the Octoplus/Octopus Samsung |

(Netframework / c + + updated / antivirus off) I gather that is the connector RJ45/SERVICE CABLE, because using the cable for gt-e2220 and i9300 MICROUSB/RJ45 returns this log. E2220 and I9300 are working first part whith Minimicrousb cable, "READ INFO", whith UART cable 525k resistor inside, for Unlock, Imei Repair, and where sw requiere. OK? __________________________________________________ _______ The E2121L is Swift platform and NOT WORK whith any UART cable. E2121L is working whith E210 Usb and RJ45 connector, togheter in the BOX, other side in the Phone. __________________________________________________ _______ - E2220 and I9300 have need of PREPARE PHONE first of connect to the box and to work, Use HELP button and what u read in Sw for any operaction u have need. __________________________________________________ _________ -E2121L, many times have need to check Eeprom, Flash Full Fw whith all files inside, but for First Connection, these are the steps: COM connection -Connect phone to box with E210+USB cable, w/o Battery -Insert battery -Press and hold power button.
