Bienvenido en Octoplus/Octopus Box Samsung software versión 1.4.3
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
To connect GT-I8260 phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Builds numbers" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter "*#0808#" number.
8. Select "DM+Modem+ADB".
9. Close window.
10. Go to dial window.
11. Enter "*#9090#" number.
12. Set "Diag config" to "USB" value.
13. Restart phone.
14. Press "Read Info" in software.

This is the correct process:

1.- Flash (GT-I8260L_for_IMEI_Repair.oct)
(bricked).
2.- flash with odin 1.85 (this version, dont 3.xx), firmware stock (I8260XXAMG3_I8260LUXAMG1_I8260XXAMG4_HOME.tar.md5 ) samfirmware.
Give it an error but the phone power on.
3.- Root with Framaroot-1.8.0.apk (second exploit)
4.- Repair imei with Octopus.

Hello.
To perform Repair IMIE operation You need to root the phone and use SuperSU, press "Allow" button on the phone every time when superuser dialog appears. Or You need to write of the special rooted firmware "GT-I8260L_for_IMEI_Repair.oct" from the Support Area and then perform Repair IMEI operation.

To make Repair IMEI please do the next:
1. Write firrmware "I8260XXAMG3_I8260LUXAMG1_I8260XXAMG4_HOME.oct " from the Support Area.
2. Root the phone.
3. Perform Repair IMEI operation.
4. Post here the result.

NOT DONE , every time flash with this flash or imei repair flash , screen firmware upgrade encountered an issue

Try also to write firmware another one firmware for GT-I8260L ("I8260XXAMG3_I8260OXXAMG4_I8260XXAMG4_HOME") from the Support Area and repeat all operations I have written above again.

Also, maybe, your phone model is GT-I8260 (not GT-I8260L). Try also to write firmwares for GT-I8260 and write here the result.

After flash with I8260L from Octopus Support the phone dont power on and show a computer and a triangle?

Do this:

Download this firmware Download I8260XXAMG3 I8260LUXAMG1 LUX zip
or
Download file I8260XXAMG3_I8260LUXAMG1_LUX.zip
(is the same, different host)

With Odin 1.85 (dont other version, please download 1.85 version) flash the firmware, it gives an error but the phone power on.
Root with framaroot, make unlock/repair with Octopus.
