error in repairing imei in samsung on8


Welcome to Octoplus/Octopus Box Samsung software version 2.5.4

To connect SM-G610Y phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.

Hello.

Phone doesn't respond on Software CMDs sent via Modem port. At first, please re-install Samsung USB drivers, then try to process the phone again. Try to use different USB ports of PC motherboard for connection of the phone.

If problem will remain the same - most likely phone has firmware with new type of Security. In such case You can try to write older (by release date) firmware, or only its modem, then repeat "Repair IMEI" operation.

I treid all above method but same error when I repair imei j7 2016 its success but this model falied I think this model is not supported

Please post here Software log of "Repair IMEI" operation, which You've performed after firmware/modem downgrading.
