Factory Services (Reset FRP / Unlock) Help - GSM-Forum

I've bought credits to unlock my S7 Edge to unlock FRP and was wondering how to I go about doing this?
I've logged in and click the "Factory Reset FRP / Reactivation" but it keep saying phone isn't found.
What do you have to do to get it to pick up your phone? I have enough credits.

Hello.

First of all, You need to have Samsung USB drivers installed on your PC. Try to install, or reinstall them.
Also, You need to connect the phone directly to PC. Don't use any kind of USB hubs.

Look at Device Manager for Samsung USB Modem.
