factory unlock is it working?


Hi, i want to know if factory unlock, for sim unlock,, is it working? i have one pending in process since 4 days ago, how can i know when will be ready?

Hello.

Currently work of Factory Services is not stable. You should try to process the phone time after time. Unfortunately we don't have an ETA of when the server will be working stable.

Each and every unlock request, which already was made to service will end up with a success, unless phone has issues with Security, or is not supported (T-Mobile, MetroPCS, AT&T phones with "Device Unlock App").

Don' forget to mention Sprint and Verizon phones, you cannot factory unlock.. but the credits are taken and NOT refunded
