Please put the phone into Download Mode and connect USB cable.
To put GT-S7582 into Download Mode, You have to perform the following steps:
1. Reconnect the battery.
2. Press and hold "Volume-" + "Home" + "Power ON" keys.
3. When phone turns on, press "Volume+" key.
Found phone on
File has been created for a different phone model.

Please perform following steps:

3. Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter "*#7284#" number.
8. Set "UART" radio button to "MODEM" value.
9. Set "USB" radio button to "PDA" value.
10. Press "Save and Reset", phone will restart.
11. Connect the phone directly to PC.
11. Press "Read Info" in software.

Post here full Software log of Read Info operation.

Waiting for what? Please read attentively Software manual ("Help" button in the Software), to root the device, You should use the latest version of VRoot Software. Also, You can try to use Kingo Root or TowelRoot. Or write the special firmware "GT-S7582_for_Unlock_and_IMEI_SN_Repair.oct".
