Hello.

Unfortunately "Reset Screen Lock" operation is currently not supported for SM-G361F phone.

As You can see from Software log, phone needs to be rooted in order to perform "Unlock" operation.
Try to root the phone with latest versions of IRoot and Kingo Root software.

Currently we don't have other root methods to suggest You. Try to find and use another rooting exploit/Software.

As we posted previously "Reset Screen Lock" is currently not supported for SM-G361F.
You can try to remove it by making Factory Reset, or by writing a Full Flash, or other similar methods only on your own risk.
