To connect SM-G3815 phone you have to perform the
following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer
options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter "*#0808#" number.
8. Select "DM+Modem+ADB".
9. Press Home button.
10. Go to dial window.
11. Enter "*#9090#" number.
12. Set "Diag config" to "USB" value.
13. Restart phone.
14. Press "Read Info" in software.

Hello.

As I see from your Software log, there can be the problem with phone's EFS:

Unfortunately, Repair EFS is currently not supported for this device, we will add Repair EFS feature in one of the future Software updates. Now try to re-flash the phone with another firmware, make Factory data reset, make Unlock, Repair NVM and repeat the Repair IMEI operation once again. Post here the result.

no,the phone has the imei 0/1 on screen.i downgrade to 4.2.2,no baseband,i upgrade to 4.4.2,the baseban is ok,but cant repair imei with this version

u have to repair with service imei no other salution
