In octopus says to repair imei G7102T write firmware SM-G7102_for_Unlock_and_Repair_IMEI_4.4.2.oct and I do it but device don't turn on, now what I Do?????????

Repair IMEI for G7102T is currently not supported: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/10661361-post1.html:

What is the firmware's Android version now in your device? Please read out phone's info via ADB (turn on USB Debugging Mode in the phone and press "Read info" button at "Android / EFS manager" tab in the Software) and post here full Software log with this info.

Currently we have no this device in hands, so, we can't research and develop the solution for it. You can try to write modem file for SM-G7102 "sm-g7102_special_modem_to_repair_any_imei_4_3" from the Support Area for your own risk and then connect the phone as SM-G7102, make Wipe Security and write any IMEI.
