Try to make Repair IMEI, then insert SIM card, wait 3-5 minutes and check whether the network is active.

Also try to re-flash the device with the firmware from the Support Area, then perform "Repair NVM" operation once again, insert SIM card, wait 3-5 minutes and check whether the network is active.

As You can see from this Software log, Software can't perform Repair NVM operation. This can be the problem. Please do the next:

1. Install the latest Software version (Software).
2. Delete all files from the folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\".
3. Run Octoplus Samsung Software.
4. Re-start the phone.
5. Perform "Repair NVM" operation.
6. Close the Software.
7. Upload somewhere the latest created "*.log" and "*.logx" files from the folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\" together with all NVM backups from this phone, which have been created by Software, from the folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\BACKUP\" and post here links, we will research, where can be the problem with your device.

Was your device locked at the beginning? Did the phone request the unlocking code when you inserted SIM card or just the problem was with network access?

Try to do the next:

1. Write the first security backup (that has been created by Software before You have performed the first Unlock operation).
2. Re-flash the phone.
3. Perform the Unlock operation once again.
