Hello.

Try to write different Cert files from the Support Area. IMEI of Cert file, which You used can be in "black" list of your provider.

Writing CERT will surely make IMEI mismatched from the printed text on the back of the phone, restore the Backup CERT to restore.

Unfortunately "Repair S/N" operation is currently not supported for SM-G800F phone.
