g900f not registered on network - GSM-Forum

hi, I have a g900f I write cert and qcn.
I do search for network on phone and it registers on network but when I make a call it says not registered with all 10 qcn files
sim is working and I have tried 10 qcn files but still the same.
I have tried 8 certs and tried 10 qcn on all certs.
has someone got any ideas

Hello.

Please read out QCN from another SM-G900F, which works correctly in your region, then try to write it into your phone.
If problem will remain - try to write different Cert files. IMEI of the ones, which You've used can be in provider's "black" list.
