1. Security backup of the phone. You can make a backup via "Read Security" operation.
2. *.log and *.logx files of performed operations. Files can be found in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG" folder.

Post here download link for these 3 files and we will check where can be the problem with your device.

You've uploaded incorrect "*.logx" file. Please upload "*.logx" file with the same name (title) as "*.log" file.
