Hi, writing the certificate or repairing the IMEI code or repairing network on Android 7 Nougat does not work because of the new security, you should downgrade to the Android version 6.0.1 by making the firmware flash.

You have how to stock firmware of Android 7 nougat:

Because of the binary revision is 5 that has the firmware of Android 7 that you have currently installed on the phone to downgrade to the firmware of Android 6.0.1 you should do the Flash firmware with binary revision that is at 5 otherwise the phone crashes and does not let you install the firmware because of the blocking of the firmware bootloader that you have this should go well downloading by sammobile.
