Hello.

Please fully charge phone battery, then try to write firmware again. Try to use different USB ports of PC motherboard for connection. Don't use any USB hubs, this is important.

Also You can use Files Downloader on "Support & options" tab of the Software to browse, search and download files from the Support Area.

"DRK fix" operation requires phone to have enabled USB debugging and to be connected in Normal Mode directly to PC, via USB cable.
