Member: 146744 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 25 | Point of this bypass is not to lose data. I need data from this phone. I could do wipe and factory reset than reset screen lock option would be pointless. |

We will check what might cause the problem *.log and *.logx files can be found in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG" folder. |

It's all ok now...I saved all data thanks to octopus support.
