Hello.

Try make Factory Reset and Wipe cache partition from Recovery Mode (if phone enters it). Try to reflash the phone.
To remove Samsung Account, perform "Reset FRP/Reactivation/EE" operation.

Problem with reset of Reactivation lock can occur if phone has latest firmware. Samsung disabled ability to remove FRP lock in latest firmwares.

You can try to write "SBOOT_G920F_OJ1" Sboot file from the Support Arae, then repeat "Reset FRP/Reactivation/EE" operation.

If it is not possible to write SBoot of an older firmware - unfortunately currently no solution for such phones.
