when i start the phone it give me 3 Selection as photo
any way to use this phone ?

Hello.

Try to make Factory Reset from Recovery Mode, maybe phone will allow You to select language on start up.

You can try to press different buttons to see the outcome. Unfortunately we can't say what's the meaning of these buttons.
