Hello

I am trying to unlock galaxy s6 edge but I keep getting the error, I assume I have to downgrade the handset ,

which firmware do I need to flash in order to downgrade? any firmware from support will work?

Hello.

Your phone has one of the latest firmwares, which most likely causes the problem. You should try to write older (by release date) firmware.

Yes, You can try to write any older firmware (with the same Android version, but with older release date), but we can't guarantee, that phone will accept it.

Ok Understood , has to be older firmware release date but has to be same android version,

Phone doesn't accept the firmware. Try to write different older (by release date) firmwares.
