I have a g925f with imei 350000000000006 and android 6.0.1
I want to write cert and cert succesfully write.
but imei does not change.

Hello.

As You can see from Software log, phone's modem part is damaged:

HW Modem: unknown

This can be Software (modem firmware or EFS is damaged, or You have written unsuitable firmware) or HW problem.

You should re-flash the device with different firmwares one by one and check, whether modem is correct (not Unknown). And only then (when phone's modem part will be correct) perform "Repair EFS" and "Write Cert" operations. It is not possible to repair IMEI, if phone's modem part is damaged.

i flashed phone with smart switch
every firmware is 2.2 gb
in iran internet is very expensive.one gb is 1.5 dollars.

i flashed this phone with nine 4 file firmwares without bootloader.with bootloader phone shows binary error.only uae firmware flashed with bootlader.also smart switch flash phone with uae firmware.
in some firmware,phone hanged on logo.and in other firmware baseband and imei are unknown.
with all firmware I scaned phone in octoplus but still sw version and hw modem is unknown.

If after writing of all firmwares, which You have, phone's baseband is still null or unknown (SW version is Unknown) - most likely, this is HW problem.

You can try to write these firmwares again, then root the phone. Check whether phone will boot correctly after rooting and check IMEI/baseband then.

but now that i flashed this phone with another firmware , baseband and imei are unknown.

another question :
flashing the phone without bootloader does not create a problem ?
rooting phone not solved the hang on logo

If phone is not booting after You've wrote a firmware without bootloaders, then the problem is most likely caused by it.

What operations You've performed with the phone before writing a Cert file?

As You can see from Software log, phone modem is correct after reflashing:

but after write cert imei does not change.
