i have 925f with imei and baseband null

i try to write firmware an i have this error:

Please put the phone into Download Mode and connect USB cable.
To put SM-G925F into Download Mode, You have to perform the following steps:
1. Reconnect the battery.
2. Press and hold "Volume-" + "Home" + "Power ON" keys.
3. When phone turns on, press "Volume+" key.
Found phone on

Please install the latest Software version and try to write "G925FXXU3COJ1_G925FOJP3COJ1_KSA_Android_5.1.1 " firmware from the Support Area.
Post here result and full Software log of the operation.

2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.

same problem at 42%

phone was in good condition but after unlock with "another" tool is with baseband and imei null. all i have is efs backup from z3x. with odin and software without bootloader phone is alive but no imei and baseband.

Try to write EFS backup back into the phone. If problem with IMEI/Baseband will persist - try to write different Android 5.1.1 firmwares one by one.

If problem remains the same after previously suggested actions - currently no solution to repair such phone.

after that phone hang at first logo

2 write root from support

voila phone is working and have imei with 0006 at the end but phone work
