Hello.

As You can see from the Software log: SW version: unknown baseband is damaged. Please, write the first security backup for your device, after check phone's SW version, then repeat Repair IMEI operation again.

If after writing the first Security backup, modem is still unknown, try to write different firmwares and check, whether modem part is repaired (not unknown). Only if modem part is correct, tyr to make Repair IMEI and Repair Network. If after writing different firmwares, modem is still damaged, this can be HW issue.

So therefore imei repair supported only with good security back up, otherwise not repairable if you dont have orig security back up.
