To connect SM-G930FD phone you have to perform the following
steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3. Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.

You can try to reflash your device with another firmware, after do Factory Reset and repeat Repair Network operation according to Software manual

Please, close the Software and send us latest *.log and *.logx files from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG" folder. We will research where can be the problema and try to find solution.

Thumbs up When You see status will NG but wait 3 or 4 minutes

Hello dear.

Reflash your phone with same firmware and again root manually and do repair network operation and see there Network will be available in 50 seconds after phone reboot! but that's not exact time you should wait 3 or 4 minutes your status will automatically OK From NG, Please tell us your report again thanks.
