Yes. mr. amleto90 is right, there is the latest firmware/Security patch level in your device:

Unfortunately, "Unlock" doesn't work with the latest firmware/Security patch level for this device. You can try to downgrade phone's modem version at your own risk (downgrade may lead to phone damage) and try to repeat the "Unlock" operation.

I can't unlock this phone ...
