Hello.

Currently IMEI of Galaxy S7 phones can be repaired only by writing original Certificate, or Security backup back into the phone.

I have a sm-935w8 (S7 Edge) after root + unlock, now shows no IMEI and no baseband version. Will Cert/Security back up fix this issue as well? thanks

You should use only original Security backup. Writing of Security of another phone can damage your device.
