How To Solve that type of issue.. Some sim network fine.. and some are showing Only Emergency Call Only..!!
Imei Is not Blacklisted!

Hello.

If phone works correctly in some Networks, but in others it doesn't - problem can be caused by faulty SIM card. Also IMEI can be in "black" list of some providers, while it is clean for others.

Simcard already check in other phones.. And sims are working good in other phones... And imei is clean...

Try to make Factory Reset and to reflash the phone.
