SM-G710 iі currently not supported, it is not present in the Software manual. What firmware You have written exactly? Post here full Software log with all of your actions with this phone.

Hi. i cant find how to root this phone. with original stock 4.3 and odin say rooted, but now, with this 4.3 version is impossible.

SM-G710 - 1 simcard
SM-G7102 - 2 simcard.

Both are Galaxy Grand 2

Is supported or not. The new soft now have a warning with this model. i cant see the step guide for this model like a soft say.

Unfortunately, currently we have no rooting Software/exploit for this device. Try to use the latest versions of VRoot, Kingo Root, Cydia Impactor, IRoot Softwares. Also, try to use TowelRoot.

Currently is impossible write any IMEI and to get an active network. But You can try to write IMEI Certificate (IMEI will be changed to the IMEI from the Certificate file):

1. Connect the phone as SM-G7105.
2. Read out all backups (Security, EFS, QCN).
3. Make Wipe Security.
4. Write IMEI Certificate file for SM-G7105L from the Support Area.
5. Post here full Software log with all of these actions and say the result.

As You can see in your Software log, IMEI Certificate for SM-G7105L is not suitable to SM-G710:

Try to write IMEI Certificates for SM-G7102x. If they are also not suitable, You should find or buy (search or ask in general sales section of this forum) IMEI Certificate for SM-G710 and then write it into your phone. Currently no other solution.
