Galaxy S3 i747, T999 version 4.1.2 FAILED TO UNLOCK

i tried until now with 7 units and for all must downgrade to 4.1.1
is any solution not to downgrade?

Platform: Samsung Android
Selected port: COM10

Repair EFS first, than Unlock

This is process to Unlock for this model of phone
1) in main section read info
2) go on android/EFS manager and repair EFS
3) Unlock phone

thanks but i unlocked until now around 500 units
with 4.1.1 it;s still work great with read code or direct unlock
only with 4.1.2 it's not
octopus team must change the code i suppose

U have to root the phone or downgrade it.

i already know
but want to keep the warranty so need to unlock by code like before
beside that now the client must wait more then 20 min to downgrade, unlock and again upgrade the software

I am still not able to unlock any s3 on 4.1.2. Although I am very new to this, I Have tried everything and still no luck. Would anyone be kind enough to guide me trough the process of downgrading my i747m (Rogers, canda) from 4.2.1 to 4.1.1. or link me to a tutorial.

this not the solutions
i unlock for resellers and they came with 10 phones ones. Before, needed only 1 min for each phone, now is 10-15 min each
