Try to write different firmwares from the Support Area one by one and check, whether the baseband isn't unknown.

No, most likely, this will not help to solve the problem, because Security and EFS is HW depended. But You can try, of course. The best way is to write different firmwares and check whether the baseband isn't unknown. If after of writing of all available firmwares, baseband is still unknown, most likely, this is phone's HW problem.

IMEI is OK and legal, but SN = 00000000000. That means no network and no phone calls.
before all else the phones efs fıle had been broken .ıt reads from efs memblock. when ıt done patch operatıon code of network past to modem.when you update your network will be gone.
what can we do on thıs case ?
Patch download application and install on your phone after click apply patch or If you have internet wait for orientation the patch online..And apply patch

Brother there is two types of problem with unknown baseband.

1. Software & 2. Hardware
If software problem is there must flash the phone for recovery baseband.
After the flash phone if same unknown baseband this is 100% hardware problem.

2. For the hardware repair must be replace EMMC IC.

After Repair EFS - S/N = 00000000000, you need repair it (written on label under IMEI) after repear IMEI.
