Galaxy s7 edge sm-g935f Can't boot into download mode


Hi guys
I can not get my new Samsung galaxy s7 edge to DOWNLOAD MODE WHEN PRESSING POWER+VOLUME DOWN+HOME KEY together.
and also when using another tool and octopus tool and pressing on reboot to download mode the phone just restarts.
does anyone else came across this problem before

Hello.

We haven't faced such problem previously. Please check whether phone enters Recovery Mode and if it does - try to make Factory Reset and Wipe cache partition.

i did so and wiped all the data but it is still same it does not go to download mode

Please power off the phone, then connect it to PC via micro USB cable with 910kOm resistor.

I thinks the problem is Custom Blocker
How To Disable Custom Blocker S7 Edge ?
I have Galaxy S7 Edge
Not Going to Download Mod.
at Reset Not Removing Data.
An App known Custom Blocker Which have device administration rights not going to Disable Mode.
how can i deactivate the app?
Any Solution Developers???

You can try to deactivate it manually via "Application manager" in phone Settings, or with help of third party application for removal of applications from Play Market.
Unfortunately Octoplus Samsung Software doesn't provide such features.
