i updated the software and now it shows this

Hello.

For connection via UART You need to use Samsung C3300k/C3303k micro UART cable with 525kOm resistor.
You can also try to reinstall FTDI drivers (http://octoplusbox.com/files/drivers...rs_2.08.24.zip).

i have the cable and i downloaded the drivers but how do i install?

UART interfaces not found
so i think do you use Medusa so you need any box with uart interfaces and connect C3300K

i have C3300k 530k cable will that work?

You need to use cable with 525kOm resistor. According to users feedback, cables with 530kOm are not suitable for connection.

could 530k damage the device? because i see cables who are 525-530k ohms

Cable itself can't damage the device. If cable's resistor won't be correct - Software won't be able to setup connection to phone. Operation simply won't be performed.
