after i unlock the tab the network is not working any more
he cant see the seem card any more and the SN become 000000000
i try to write and serial number it don't accept and i did repair network nothing is repaired
what i have to do please and where i can find the SN for the tab i haven't the box or any thing just the tab

Try re-flash the device with lower Android firmware version, then root it, make Repair IMEI, make Repair Network, re-start the device, insert SIM card, wait 5-7 minutes and try to find and select network manually. If this will not help, currently no other solution. If You have no Security and EFS backups, we can't research where can be the problem with your device.

Also, You can try to make Repair EFS and then re-flash the phone.

Do the next:

1. Delete all files from the folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\".
2. Run the Octoplus Samsung Software.
3. Take out SIM and SD cards from the device.
4. Re-flash the device with firmware "P3100XWALE2_OJVALE1_Arabic_Android_4.0.3" from the Support Area.
5. Root the device.
6. Perform "Repair IMEI" operation.
7. Make Unlock.
8. Close the Software.
9. Upload somewhere the latest created "*.log" and "*.logx" files from the folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\" and post here links.

Accordingly to your logs, all operations were performed successfully. Try to use different SIM cards and check the network. Try to re-flash the device with other firmwares and after writing each firmware, make Repair Network, insert SIM card, wait 3-5 minutes and try to find and select network manually.

No, even S/N is 000000000, network should be active.

Try to use different SIM cards and check the network. Try to re-flash the device with other firmwares and after writing each firmware, make Repair Network, insert SIM card, wait 3-5 minutes and try to find and select network manually. No other solution.

Do You mean, which firmwares? There are only 2 firmwares for GT-P3100 in the Support Area. Try to write they both. Also, if You have other firmwares, try to write they also.
