Welcome to Octoplus/Octopus Box Samsung software version 1.5.5
Selected firmware file: GT-I9060_for_Unlock_and_IMEI_Repair.oct
Please switch your phone to the download mode and connect it to a
PC.
To put GT-I9060 phone into download mode you have to perform the
following steps:
1. Reconnect phone battery.
2. Press and hold "Volume - " + "Home" + "Power" buttons.
3. When phone turns on press "Volume+" button.

Hello.

What is the problem with your phone exactly? Why IMEI is zero? After of which operation, IMEI became zero?

Please do the next:
1. Close Octoplus Samsung Software.
2. Delete all files from folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\".
3. Run Octoplus Samsung Software.
4. Re-start the phone.
5. Perform "Repair IMEI" operation again.
6. Close the Software.
7. Upload somewhere the latest created "*.log" and "*.logx" files from the folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\" and post here links, we will research, where can be the problem with your device and write You the result.

same issue for me also team, and i have reinstalled software also but same issue,,
and my phone was working good before, i just needed to repair...

What was the IMEI in your phone before repair? Post here full Software log with all of your actions.
