Phone unlocking failed
Octopus/Octoplus Box Samsung Software doesn't support Direct Unlock for this device ("Unlock" button is not active), so, how you have performed this operation??? This log is not true.

You should enter FREZEE code "00000001", not "00000000".

Please do the next:
1. Delete all files from folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\",
2. Run the Software.
3. Perform "Read codes" operation once again.
5. Close the Software.
6. Upload somewhere the last created "*.log" and "*.logx" files from folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\", we will research where can be the problem with your phone.

We have researched logs, which You have uploaded, and haven't found any errors. Software successfully read all unlocking codes which are in the phone. Maybe, there is branded firmware in your phone and the device doesn't accept the unlocking code. Unfortunately, currently Octopus/Octoplus Samsung Software doesn't support Write firmware for this phone model. We will try to add "Write firmware" and "Direct unlock" operations for this device model in one of the future updates.

Yes, try to add direct unlock; is the best solution
