Read out QCN from the same device with active network, write this QCN into your phone, insert SIM card, wait 5-7 minutes and try to find and select network manually.

We have only QCNs, which are present on the Support Area.

Try to re-flash the phone with the firmware from the Support Area, make factory data reset and wipe cache partition and write QCN. Then insert SIM card, wait 5-7 minutes and try to find and select network manually. Currently we have only this one QCN file for this device. If the network is still disabled, read out QCN from the same device with active network, write this QCN into your phone.
