| GT-i9001 UFTER FLASH WITH OCTOPUS DEAD TRY TO FLASH GT-I9001 LOGO ONLY WITH FIRMWARE FROM SUPORT ,, DEAD  THIS THE RESULT ,,, Welcome to Octopus Box Samsung software version 1.4.1 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- To connect GT-I9001 phone you have to perform the following steps: 1. Disconnect USB cable from phone. 2. Go to Menu->Settings->Applications->Development. 3. Turn on "USB Debugging" option. 4. When message is appear press "Yes". 5. Go to dial window. 6. Enter "*#7284#" number. 7. Set "USB" radio button to "Modem" value. 8. Close window. 9. Go to dial window. 10. Enter "*#9090#" number. 11. Set "Diag config" to "USB" value. 12. Restart phone. 13. Press "Read Info" in Octopus Samsung software. Selected firmware file: [COLOR=*****Brown]I9001XXKP4_OXAKP2.oct[/COLOR] Please put your phone in download mode and connect to PC. To put GT-I9001 phone into download mode you have to perform the following steps: 1. Reconnect phone battery. 2. Press and hold "Volume-" +"Power"+''Home" buttons. Searching for phone. Please wait... Found phone on Firmware write started. Writing partition.bin section... partition.bin section has been written successfully. Writing dbl.mbn section... dbl.mbn section has been written successfully. Writing osbl.mbn section... osbl.mbn section has been written successfully. Writing amss.mbn section... amss.mbn section has been written successfully. Writing EMMCBOOT.MBN section... | Please fully charge phone's battery and try again. If the problem will be the same - check phone's HW. We have tested on our two GT-I9001 and everything work OK. |

| Most likely, there is problem with phone's flash chip. Please try to write firmware using originan Samsung flasher and post the result. |
