i have I9060I with code phone i need hard reset phone

help plz

Hello.

Unfortunately, "Reset Screen Lock" operation is currently not supported for this phone. You can try to remove Screen Lock by making Factory Reset from Recovery mode, or by re-flashing the phone.

frist you connected charger to phone and wait for appear battery icon then press home +vol up and press power button then release the power button only wait 10 sec mobile come in hard reset mode

2.connect usb
3.hold vol+
4.make restart from power menu
after a while hard reset menu will come

i got success by way but if this not work then try

100% done
connect charger
wait until shows battry charging picture
than press vol+,home+power button
when phone vibrate than samsung logo appears release only power key,but keep press vol+home keys
wait some second ill shows hard rest menu

Hard Reset

Switch off your device.
Connect to charger or usb data cable
when charging start then press together Volume Up + Home button + Power button.
after 5-8 seconds release only power button, but keep pressing Volume UP + Home key
Now you see recovery menu
choose with Volume buttons "wipe data/factory reset" and select with Power button.
Next confirm the operation by Power button.
Then in the menu select reboot.
Now wait until phone restarts.
