gt-i9300 became ''null null' while repairing imei by octobus box


8-GT-I9300 4.1.2. baseband version I9300 XXEMG4
I put phone download mode,I selected root phone GT-I9300.oct firmware file,I clicked ''write firmware button''
5-repair imei:when I ticked ''imei a fix'' it wrote on the screeme ''erasing old imei.It can take some time please wait ...creating nvm back up later it became ''null null''.how can I fix it?????
using nvm back up help to save the phone??
now about phone baseband version ''unknown version''

What was the IMEI in the phone before? Please post here full software log with all of your actions.

steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable.
2. Go to dial window.
3. Enter *#9090# number.
4. Set speed to 115200.
5. Connect phone via UART cable to Box.
Connecting to phone, please wait...
but ı entered *#9090# number. ıt can't be set speed 115200.

Use correct Samsung C3303k Micro UART cable with 525-530 kOhm resistor inside.

Trying flashing with I9300XXELLC_I9300OLBEMA1_I9300DXELK1_HOME.tar.md5 firmware
