Hello.

Try to make Repair 3G/4G. If this will not help, do the next:

1. Write firmware "I9301IXXUANC6_I9301IITVAND2_I9301IXXUANC6_HOM E" from the Support Area.
2. Re-start the phone.
3. Root the phone with TowelRoot.
4. Perform "Unlock" operation.
5. Make Repair 3G/4G.
6. Restart the phone.
7. Write this NVM backup https://mega.co.nz/#!X4YDFaAI!w_ZQUT...Rh7QvZxtt9znqA

Try to write QCN from the Support Area from the folder "/Samsung/FOR UNLOCK AND REPAIR/QCN/", then insert SIM card, wait 5-7 minutes and try to find and select network manually.
