GT i9500 baseband repaird but not making call - GSM-Forum

i received the gt i9500. it was on unkown baseband.
according to the customer, he downgraded it 4.4.2 to 4.2.2. then this problem occurred.

i flashed it with 4.4.2 with this firmware I9500XXUFNB3_I9500SERFNB3_SER.zip. now baseband and imei is ok but when i make call it shows NOT REGISTERED ON NETWORK. when i try to repair network it shows following error.

hard reset and rooted phone again but not done...support team help please

change firmware then root

Root the phone as this is written in Software manual ("Help" button in the Software) and try to make Repair Network again. Run SU app from the phone's menu and and press "Allow" button on the phone every time when superuser dialog appears.

phone is done by rooting again and writing other cert from support area.
