Hello.

Maybe, the problem is with IMEI Certificate. Please check IMEI Cert status (*#0011#) and write here the result.

If I am not wrong there "Repair Network" button is disabled and also shown me that in log window "Certificate has been written successfully"

Perform "Wipe Security" and repeat "Write Cert" operation.
Post here results and full Software logs of performed operations.

hello, if you have problems registering the network after writing imei cert, and is not registered on the network, try to write another certificate with another code imei and try to see if it is not blacklisted, in case you give the same problem writing another certificate with imei code and not registering on the network, the phone tries to write the qcn file

if you read the program logs, the certificate was written correctly and wrote that it is not registered on the network

Please write IMEI Cert again, then close Software, upload somewhere the latest created "*.logx" file of performed operations and post here link, we will check, where can be the problem.
