Welcome to Octoplus Box Samsung software version 2.6.6

To connect GT-P5220 phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.

Baseband unknown means, that there is a problem with modem of your device. This can be HW or Software issue. Try to write original ESF/Security backup back into your device and check baseband. If You have no ESF/Security backup for this device, try to write different firmwares (full or only modem part of firmwares) and check baseband.
