Please check your PM, we have prepared and sent You test Software version. Also, please upload somewhere security backup file "Security-GT-P5220-Unknown14-07-2014_04-12-02-.asec" and post here link, we will look, where can be the problem exactly with your device.

Do the next:

1. Delete all files from the folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\".
2. Run Octoplus Samsung Software.
3. Re-start the device.
4. Perform the "Repair IMEI" operation.
5. Close the Software.
6. Upload somewhere the latest created "*.log" and "*.logx" files from the folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\" and post here links, we will check, where can be the problem with the device.

hello team i am having the very same problem unknown security imei failed with p5220. any solution as yet becoz i only bought samsung activation for same model

1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.

You can Repair IMEI by writing IMEI Cert.
