After put the card into the phone, the message on dispaly is PHONE FREEZE ...

Is your phone model exactly GT-S5380? What is written on the phone's label under the battery?
Also say, have You tried to connect the phone with or without SIM card in the phone?

Model exactly is GT-S5380 ...
GT-S5380 is writen on the phone`s label ...
I tried to connect the phone without SIM in the phone ...

Sorry, we can't say You exactly where can be the problem and how to fix it without having this device in our hands and making some researching... Most likely, there are some data damaged in the phone. Please contact us to Sonork or to Yahoo! Messenger, we will look remotely where can be the problem and give You new test software version.
