action taken write certificate from octopus support nothing will happen its show failed.

nto supported in imei repair in sw octopus 2.0.8

pleased help me octopus team

the phone is rooted by iroot..

HI,

SW VERSION.UNKNOWN

This means, that phone's modem part is damaged. This can be Software (modem firmware is damaged, or You have written unsuitable firmware) or HW problem.

You should re-flash the device with different firmwares and check, whether modem is correct (not Unknown). When modem part will be correct (not Unknown), phone's IMEI should apper
