Hello.

Unfortunately we don't have EFS of SM-E500F at the moment. If your phone has damaged EFS You can repair it to default value via "Repair EFS" operation.

You can read EFS from another, correctly working SM-E500F, then try to write it into your phone.

Also, You can try to re-flash the device with different firmwares.
