Hello.

Please check that there is no firewall, antivirus or scanning software enabled that would be contributing to this problem.

Alternatively You can download the file manually by link, which we've sent You in PM. Put the file into "C:\Program Files (x86)\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\Downloaded_resourc es\Boot" folder afterwards and You will be good to perform the operation.

If phone gets stuck on logo of writing of "boot.img" - this "boot.img" is not compatible with current firmware of the phone. You can either try to write different firmwares, or try to use combination firmware.
There are two methods, of how to reset FPR using Combination firmware (to enable ADB):
I.
  1. Write "boot.img" partition from appropriate Combination firmware via "Advanced mode" option (select Combination firmware, un-check all partitions except "boot.img").
  2. Perform "Reset FRP" operation in Software.

II.
  1. Write Full Combination Firmware.
  2. Go to "Developer Options" in phone Settings.
  3. Check "Enable OEM unlock" option.
  4. Make Factory Data Reset.
  5. Reflash the phone with full stock (orignal) firmware.
Note: "boot.img" of Combination firmwares can be not compatible with current phone's firmware. In such case phone will stuck on logo, or will be rebooting after writing of such boot. In this case to restore the phone to it's initial condition You need to reflash it with different full stock (original) firmwares (or try to write only boot of such firmwares).
You can write "boot.img", Combination firmware or to downgrade phone's firmware version only on your own risk!

If neither of these methods helps, necessary files are missing, or You don't want to take risk - You can use Factory Reset FRP Service.
