Hello,

Please I need help with SM-G550T1.

I unlocked the phone with Octoplus Box but now I get no signal on the Phone.


PLEASE HELP...

Post the log.
Find the security backup and write security backup.
If everything is ok then reflash your phone and try again

Thank you, that worked. I recovered signal on he phone. However I tried unlocking again and the same thing happened, any tips on how to get it to work???

After write security backup
Reflash your phone with this firmware. This is full firmware 4 packs

If you see your logo you can note that
SW version: unknown
This means that you have problems with your modem software.
You need write security backup and re flash
Only with this steps you can unlock

I did reflash the phone, and root it again the whole process. but when it tells me the phone is sucessfully unlocked, the phone restarts by itself and when it boots it shows no sim / no signal

Did you unlock the phone without sim card or with?
Post here the exactly log after reflash
Did you speak spanish?

Bro i see what is your problem now.
Just update the samsung software.
In 2.4.6 the unlock not work, it has bugs.
Just need use the 2.4.7 and done
Do the same write security backup.
Reflash and unlock but this time 2.4.7 and it is done

Bro just remove sim card and unlock with octoplus samsung 2.4.7
Men sin sim y con la versión 2.47. La 2.4.6 no funciona bien.
Ya saber describes el backup para regresar al estado anterior y reflash. Luego root y unlock. Asi de fácil.

Hello.

Mr. Alexandroid is correct. Problem with "Unlock" operation was fixed in the latest Software version.
Please download and install 2.4.7 version of the Software, write first Security backup back into the phone, then repeat "Unlock" operation and post here the result.
