Exclamation 😯 help!!! I need certificate g928t

I have problems unlocking the Galaxy S6 Plus, says this unlocked but when you put a simcard in another company says that is not unlocked remotely. I think that by installing another certificate could fix the problem.

You can use Cert files of SM-G928F from "Samsung/For unlock and repair/Certificates" folder of the Support Area.
To enter Support Area, press "Go to support" button on "Support & options" tab of the Software.

Currently we don't have another compatible Certificates for this model. You can read Cert from another compatible model and use it for your phone.
