This is strange, this phone model was released in year 2013, but in your device "firmware release date" is year 2011:

Maybe, someone have modified phone's firmware in your device. Please try to re-flash your phone and then repeat the operation.
Also, maybe, there is new security type in your device; currently not possible to make Unlock and Read codes for such devices. Anyway, please re-flash the phone and try to make Read codes again. Then post the result here.

Dear Team,

I tried to unlock above phone with Android 4.2.2.It will not connect as diagnostic port because *#7284# not working only *#9090# works but no drivers for com diag port therefore cant detect with software it locked to AT&T U.S.A
Please tell me how connect phone with software.Thanks

Please try to type "*#0808#" and select "DM+MODEM+ADB" option. Then re-boot the phone and try to connect it again.

There is new security type in your device. If You have another (older, not 4.2.2) firmware, try to re-flash the phone with this firmware and then repeat the operation. Also, maybe, You can sell us this phone for the researching?

Do You mean firmware "I337UCUAMDL_I337ATTAMDL_ATT_Android_4.2.2" from the Support Area? As You can see, this firmware has Android 4.2.2 version. Most likely, it is the same as in your phone now. But You can try to write this firmware, try to make Unlock/Read codes and then write here the result.
